Our Kitchen and Bath program allows you to order fully customized countertops for any application. All order are measured and templated on-site by a certified professional. No shipping charges apply since countertops are delivered by the certified installer the day of installation. You may cancel an order for a custom installed countertop project. In the event that the order is cancelled at least 1 (one) full business day before the scheduled on-site measurement has been performed, a full refund in the amount paid will be issued. In the event that the order is cancelled after the on-site measurement has been performed and before the Fabrication Authorization Form has been signed and returned to quartzstone.stonetag.com, a cancellation-after-measure fee will be assessed in the amount of either $150.00 or the Trip Fee amount, whichever is greater.
After signing and returning the Fabrication Authorization Form to quartzstone.stonetag.com you may not cancel your order. |
